With the rapid development of science and technology, electronic components with low power consumption, high efficiency and high reliability have become the focus of the market. In response to this trend, Yangxing Technology (YXC) has launched the YSO131LR series of low-voltage 1.2V single-ended oscillators to provide efficient, ultra-low power clock solutions for the above-mentioned emerging applications.

The YSO131LR series is a CMOS output active crystal oscillator with an operating voltage of 1.2V. Its notable feature is that the supply current is as low as 2mA,making it very suitable for low-power applications.


This series of products has a frequency range from 8MHz to 50MHz and provides a variety of industry-standard package sizes, including 2.0*1.6mm, 2.5*2.0mm, 3.2*2.5mm, 5.0*3.2mm and 7.0*5.0mm.

Its operating temperature range is -40 to +85°C, and the total frequency difference remains within ±30ppm within the full temperature range, ensuring excellent frequency stability in various harsh environments.
